Middle East Tensions Surge as Iran, Yemen and West Bank Face Growing Crises
Middle Eastern tensions are rising on various fronts. The Iranians reject the US claim of controlling the Strait of Hormuz, stating that the strategic oil transportation passage will stay shut until their conditions regarding American aggression, compensation, and sanctions are fulfilled. Meanwhile, the UN warns about the increased possibility of war breaking out in Yemen due to Houthi military operations and famine.
